How To Get Rid Of Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are often mistaken for heart attacks. Some people get scared by the mere mention of the words 'panic attack. No need to worry at all. I am going to tell you what to do when you are having a panic attack and you are alone.

1. When you are having a panic attack think about lust. If you are outdoors then try to picture everybody naked. Okay this may sound vulgar to some people. So I advice them to think about the funniest movie scenes. For instance, the dance sequence of Little Miss Sunshine ?

2. Breathe deeply and try to calm your mind. Say to yourself  "Get lost panic attacks. I have nothing to worry about. I am a happy person." Try to see the situation in a comical way.

3. Do some freehand exercises to make yourself feel relaxed. Don't care who's looking at you. Just do it.

4. Join your hands such that your palms are tightly pressed against each other. It's like acupressuring all the points of your palms.

Now I will tell you what you can do to cure your panic attacks permanently. Apart from watching comedy movies or engaging yourself in a number of activities, you can do pranayama daily. Pranayama boosts your energy and rids your mind of negative thoughts. I suggest everybody to watch this great video.
